Quantum Series Type QMC1 Compressor Controller:
Based on Discharge (control) pressure the controller will perform automatic start/stop sequences including pre-lube, compressor load/unload and fault monitoring using digital and analog inputs. Provision for multiple controller lead/lag sequencing is also provided.

Controllers must have all operational, programmable parameters accessible via the front panel LCD/Keypad and remotely via simple Microsoft HyperTerminal program.
  All operational sequences such as compressor start/ stop, Lead/Lag, etc. must be able to be modified by simply changing appropriate parameters from the front panel LCD/Keypad and remotely via simple Microsoft HyperTerminal program, i.e. it should not be necessary to change the control logic program in order to modify any control sequences.
  Must be able to connect via lap top PC directly to the controller at the site or remotely via modem and access all programmable and viewable parameters and set/reset parameters.
  Include built-in auto dialer capable of dialing up to 4 tel numbers and/or pagers
  Must be “connection ready” for Web based Monitoring and Alarming Systems such as GE CellCon, etc.
  Single board solution instead of slot based controls to withstand compressor vibration and electrical noise.
  CSA, UL or Factory Mutual approved for operation in Class 1, Div. 2, Groups C&D Electrical Hazardous locations as a complete unit designed for CNG applications. In other words, the whole controller as complete assembled unit must be 3rd party approved for operation in this hazardous location and not individual components within the controller.
  Built-in Temperature compensation for storage fill system and GRI “Accufil” fast fill dispensing algorithm.
  All Digital inputs (shutdown contacts) to be fully programmable for Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) operation.
  All Analog Inputs to have separate hi/lo shutdown set points for compressor start sequence, run sequence and stop sequence.
  All analog inputs fully programmable for 0-5 Volt, 0-10 Volt or 4-20mA input signals.
  All analog inputs fully programmable for sensor scaling – High Engineering Units, Low Engineering Units, High Raw Units and Low Raw Units.
  All Inputs and Outputs, analog and digital to be fully programmable for description tags from front panel LCD/Keypad or via PC HyperTerminal.
  NEMA 4 Enclosure with all field connections accessible on DIN rail mounted Terminal blocks for easy access.
  LCD/Keypad and control switches mounted on inner door panel for additional protection.
  Built-in internal enclosure temperature sensor for enclosure fan and heater controls
  Built-in ambient temperature sensor for skid fan control and storage gas temperature compensation.
  Built-in gas and fire detection channels – analog and digital
  Two serial ports RS232 or RS422. One for PC HyperTerminal Interface(local or remote via modem) and one for MODBUS RTU protocol interface.
  Built-in MODBUS RTU protocol for SCADA interface
  Built-in Lead/Lag operation capability for up to 3 compressor lead/lag operation
